why can't I use silverlight with Firefox? I need this app for work. If I cannot use it anymore you've lost a user.

I need silverlight to upload photos to a website I use for work. After this last update the damn thing doesn't work and I notice it's no longer listed as an app. If this isn't corrected asap I'm going to IE. I use FF because it's simple and elegant if I can't use my required apps because of a problem between MS and mozilla then I have to quit using FF.

Hi   !
Your frustration is understandable,   but: Google Chrome  stopped supporting  Silverlight  in September last year;   Microsoft Edge   does not support Silverlight,  (Internet Explorer still does)   and Firefox stops supporting most  NPAPI plugins   ( like Silverlight )   by the end of 2016.   HTML-based systems are used instead.
(sorry   !)
