I accidentally moved the Mozilla icon shortcut into the recycle bin and deleted it. I want to be able to access it on my desktop again. Is there a way to do this?

Chosen solution

You can try it this way:

Use Windows Explorer or the Windows 10 search box to find:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\

In that folder, scroll down and right-click firefox.exe (usually has the familiar Firefox icon) and choose Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)

Does that work?

Thanks so much for your reply. I was unable for some reason to find the right link in program files (x86); however, I found another super easy way to do it: in the start menu, I found Mozilla Firefox in (all programs), right-clicked it and was given the option to create a desktop shortcut!

I very much appreciate your response!
