I have no meny in the create message window, so I can't send my messages?

I have no meny in the create message window, so I can't send my messages? I have tried to use the right mouse button, but without success. However, if I use the 'ctrl+enter' I am able to send a message.

When you have that window open, press the F10 key or the alt key, then a menu should appear. To make it permanent, go to View|Toolbars and tick the checkboxes.
