How do I make parts of the menu not look desaturated?
I just downloaded the new Quantum and I hate the way part of the menu desaturates, it's distracting and too bright and it kinda ruins the theme I've been using for the last three years. I've looked through all the options and the customization menu and I can't find an option that fixes it. Please tell me how to fix it, it is driving me crazy.

Is that just Black Theme from the 3 Bar Menu --> Optimize at page bottom ? As mine does not look like that even when have tab open same place.
