Hello, I'm running Ubuntu 17.10 with Firefox 61.0. I have a primary HDD that the OS runs off of, with FF installed there. When I try to upload files to websites (e.g. Google Drive) from the primary HDD it works fine but when I try to upload from the secondary HDD it says that FF does not have permission. I thought it was an OS issue at first, but then I tried the same thing in Chrome and it uploads from the secondary HDD with no issues. . I have reset FF, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but nothing works except Safe Mode. The only plugins I have installed is the H264 plugin that came stock with FF. How can I fix this?

Did you also remove the mozilla folder and anything FF folder left before reinstalling it?
