I installed that Theme font & size changer but it doesn't show up in the toolbar and it doesn't help with the actual list of inbox emails. I need the font to be large on my folder list and my emails list.

Which 'Theme and Font changer' addon did you use? Both shoulder work with TB versions up to 60.

Did you restart Thunderbird after installing?

This was helpful, but I still have a problem. It works on my 32-bit desktop computer with Win 10, but on my laptop I can't get to the settings so I can use the program. It appears under Tools/Add on options. When I click on it all I get is the box shown in the attached screenshot.

I have to get to the settings in order to use it. How do I do that?
