I tried to search using Google. I got a “Your connection is not secure. The owner of [Website] has configured their website improperly”

Since it says the site uses “HTTP Strict Transport Security and I can’t add an exception.” I tired this in multiple search engines Including Duckduckgo, Bing, Yahoo, and AOL. The only one that works is AOL. Can someone help me with this problem?

This sounds like you need an update to the SSL certs for the sites. (They expire over time.) You probably need to update the browser or possibly the operating system. On the worse side, you may have malware. I would suggest a scan with Malwarebytes or some other trusted app in case that is an issue.
