If you're talking about pop-ups outside of Firefox you presumably got some sort of malware. Then ask for help in an Android support forum.

If you're talking about pop-ups inside Firefox for Android install an adblocker such as Adblock Plus, and subscribe to the filter lists of your choice. https://addons.mozilla.org/android/addon/adblock-plus/
