Is this a question about Firefox?

Good evening,

I am not sure about that.

I seem to remember that in the minimize window at the top left there was a firefox logo.

Up until two days ago, when I sent an email (Hotmail), I could send one or more smaller photos.

I pressed the "big" photos with my right mouse button and got a reduction option. (probably the one with the firefox logo?) Perhaps: Image Resizer for Windows If I do this now, nothing happens, the cursor lingers and I get the laptop to work again only by closing it (Controle Alt Delete)

I hope that I have provided some clarity with this.

Sincerely

Hello Hein,

Would you try this please :

Type in the address bar about:config and press Enter (promise to be careful, if asked)

Type in the search bar editor.resizing.enabled_by_default

and set its value to true

Then close and restart Firefox.

Does that make a difference  ? If not, then change the value back to false .

Are you by any chance using an add-on, like this one :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/image-resizer/  ?

If you have this problem using Hotmail only, would you please take a look at this :

https://www.lifewire.com/resize-pictures-before-inserting-1173273

If that doesn't help either, maybe you could post your question on the official Microsoft support forum (Dutch branch) :
