Does Firefox create a process called DTRT.EXE immediately after Windows is rebooted?

Shortly after a reboot or an exit from sleep mode a process called DTRT.EXE runs, using about 25% of CPU resources. After a couple of minutes it goes away.

No, dtrt.exe isn't part of Firefox. Do you have Norton or Symantec installed? This exe seems to be part of that program.
