I have a specific problem with firefox for mac on my website www.smile-ozoria.net. I can't access neither on the admin page, neither the website, but only with firefox for mac. It works with Chrome Windows, Firefox Windows, and Safari Mac. It's curious because Error 500 seems to be due to server, but it's happen only on Firefox Mac. Can you help me please ?

Hi, I haved tried this but this not solved the problem. I solved it by deleting firefox profile directory and started again firefox. As i'm using Sync, i recovered all my websites and password.

It seems to be like you said cookies or cache files which were not deleted by the option in firefox, but now it works ...

Hi,

Some 500 Server Error issues can be fixed by deleting any cookies linked with the website you're trying to load. Have you tried clearling any cookies and then close & reopen your Firefox browser and tried to load the page again?

You might also want to try clearing any cache data too.

Let me know if you've tried this and if it works for you.

Regards, Brian.

Note that the System Details list shows an outdated Shockwave Flash plugin.

  • Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

You can download the latest NPAPI Flash plugin for Firefox on this page.

If this happens again:

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
