In term of security and privacy, there's no difference between the 32 bit and the 64 bit of Firefox.

Performance-wise, a 64 bit application should, in theory, perform faster but consume marginally more RAM.

In any case, if you can run the 64 bit version then you should because in the long run you'll definitely benefit from the performance boost.
