With latest update, Thunderbird doesn't download messages, give the error message above. Sending email gives message: "An error occurred while sending mail: the mail server sent an incorrect greeting: Cannot connect to SMTP server 104.18.37.65 (104.18.37.65:587) Connect error 10060

Do you use Avast Anti-virus Program?

If yes:

Disable the "mail shield" in Avast. If this works, it may be worth trying to leave just the SSL scanning turned off.
