Updated firefox to 78.0.1 and now some websites aren't appearing in the drop down address bar. Before the update I counted 10 entries in the drop down menu and currently I'm at 8. However, if I enter the key "^" key I see the original 10. Is there anyway to make this original 10 appear by default?

If you haven't typed in the location bar then Firefox shows eight top sites as normally shown on the Firefox Home page in the drop-down list.
You can disable the "Top sites" from showing in the drop-down list via Options/Preferences.

The location bar drop-down list can show history items, bookmarked pages, pages opened in tabs, and search suggestions.
You can set what suggestions show when you enter an URL in the location/address bar bar.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Address Bar: When using the location bar, suggest:
    History
    Bookmarks
    Open tabs
    Top sites

I do not want to turn off this feature just get back to my original "Top sites" regardless of where Mozilla says I should visit.
