You're not anywhere near Romania? I believe the firefox.com site gets that information from your IP address, which usually is assigned by your Internet Service/Access Provider (at home or work), or wi-fi hotspot operator, or VPN vendor (if you are using a VPN), etc. If you are on a mobile network and not using a VPN, then it would be very mysterious to be told you are connecting from a different country. Maybe a bit suspicious.
