I deleted all my information, data and the Firefox Browser app last year, but my passwords were still leaked. Some passwords I had already changed since the last data breach.
Does anyone know why or how this happened? Is there a way to contact Firefox to delete all of my information permanently from their system to prevent this from happening again?

Hi jameslalynch89, most reported breaches that expose login information are from websites and data vendors. The Firefox Monitor service receives breach incident data from https://haveibeenpwned.com/
The data stored in your Firefox Account -- if any -- is encrypted, and I have not heard of any breaches affecting Firefox Account data.
If you are concerned about data in your Firefox Account, you can reset your password, which erases your account data: I've lost my Firefox Sync account information - What to do.
