Where is the options menu in Thunderbird 91?

Could someone please tell me where to find the options menu in Thunderbird 91? The online material here says it is under the Tools menu, but that is for a previous version of Thunderbird, and apparently the options menu has been moved. I need to make a permanent change to the zoom level.

Options has been renamed to Preferences in TB 91 (see picture).

FWIW, the change is mentioned in https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/91.0/releasenotes/ - available in the "About Thunderbird" menu
