Hi Phil, do you recall whether you use "Troubleshoot Mode" or let your Firefox perform a "Refresh"?

Troubleshoot Mode is temporary, and extensions would still be listed on the Add-ons page. They will resume normal operation the next time you exit out of Firefox and start it up again normally (meaning, do not hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox).

A Refresh moves your old profile folder to the Windows desktop inside an Old Firefox Data folder. Do you see a folder with that name? If so, you can find a list of add-ons in a data file named extensions.json. That file is hard to read, so I have a page that extracts out the list into a more usable table format if you want to try it: https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/extensionsjson.html
