Download progress bar reappeared with latest build

Hey folks...

With the more recent build, the downloads progress dropdown has returned, and there's nowhere in tools > settings to turn it off. It used to be there in downloads a while back.

Same, it's incredibly annoying. It covers clickable content at just the moment I need to click on it.
