Hi,

I am trying to connect my device to a web page crypto wallet and get this message/prompt: Windows security Making sure it's you Please sign in to https://wallet.thetatoken.org This request comes from Firefox, published by Mozilla Corporation

Insert your security key into the USB port, I bought a security key but do not know what they are asking for?

Can anyone help......

Chosen solution

Unfortunately that not a firefox issue but Theta support issue to resolve. That isn't a FireFox request. Your using the Browser and that's all.

Thanks, I am kinda ignorant when talking about who does what, I understand now and have already sent a help request to THETA and both manufactures of the devices I am trying to connect, emailed everyone cause I know I am a dummy and hopefully one of the 4 places I asked for support will be able to help me, thanks for the reply as I now know firefox is not the answer, although the prompt says this request comes from firefox, I just thought that maybe they might know something as they are requesting the action
