Da qualche giorno ricevo i seguenti messaggi di errore quando mi collego a email su outlook365 tramite thunderbird "accesso al servere imap-mail.oulook.com con nome XXXXXXXX non riuscito

Tuttavia TB spedisce le e-mail, che però non vengono salvate.

Il problema si presenta su due account che ho su outlook Le configurazioni dei server sono

imap-mail.outlook.com porta 993 nome utenze (corretto.....) Sicurezza SSL/TLS Autenticazione Password normale

mente quello SMTP smtp-mail.outlook.com porta 587 Sicureza StartTLS Autenticazione Password normale

Anzitutto dovresti usare i server che indica Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/it-it/office/impostazioni-pop-imap-e-smtp-per-outlook-com-d088b986-291d-42b8-9564-9c414e2aa040

Se ancora non funziona devi cambiare il metodo di autenticazione da Password normale a Ouath2
