I'm watching a YouTube video and taking notes simultaneously. It used to work fine, but today, possibly after update 119.0(64-bit), it's not functioning properly. I couldn't resume my video with <space> after switching back from my note using <ALT>+<TAB>.

Any solution for this? Or should I consider downgrading my FF?

Does the player still have focus when you return to the page ?

What kinda keyboard is this and did you install the keyboard driver/software to install it's function? Firefox has standard keyboard layout and anything that changes it - isn't something Firefox forum users can help with and needs to contact either keyboard or 3rd party software that made those changes. Firefox has a standard keyboard layout and that is different if it's multimedia keyboard then that follows the keyboard driver/software install function. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly

I guess it's a standard QWERTY keyboard? It's not switching between tabs in FF, but in different windows. I'm using Windows 10, where <ALT>+<TAB> is a standard way to switch between windows. There haven't been any driver/software changes other than FF update between the breakage.

Yes, I've checked multiple times. I'm able to control the play/pause, then switch to another window and immediately switch back. I believe it will remain unchanged in this case.

It looks like YouTube's problem. I've tried to reproduce this issue on another video website, but it works fine. And it's not working on Chrome and Edge either.

I will report this issue to them. Thanks for your help!
