Whenever I type something while not having the place I'm typing on my screen, I get scrolled so that the place I'm typing in is at the very top of the screen
It seems to be on all websites, I tried it on youtube and while typing this question. It started today, and I updated in hopes of fixing it but it's still happening.

That is the expected behavior and has been the case for over a decade. An extension could possibly have been interfering.
Can I get an extension to interfere again? It's very inconvenient
