Several have tried to help me but it's not working. I have entered and saved my new email address and it is showing. However Firefox Relay is using my old email address instead of the new one. How can I delete the old email address? So frustrating this browser has become. Thanks.

Ok, let me rephrase...Firefox/Mozilla is still using my old email address even though I have changed it.
