Every time i start tbird; Warning! You are about to send a message of size 37.2 MB. Are you sure you want to do this? I don't know how to delete the mail. will you help?

HI, i been using tbird for decades and i haven't found anything better- believe me, i've looked due to problems. my current problem is this message i get every time i start tbird; Warning! You are about to send a message of size 37.2 MB. Are you sure you want to do this? problem is i don't know how to delete the mail. will you help?

Doesn't that warning allow you to abort the send?

Check Local Folders > Outbox for an email that it wants to send.
