On startup why doesn't my Firefox homepage open in full screen mode any more? When I tap the Firefox Icon to begin a Firefox session, Firefox opens in a small window in the upper left corner of the screen. I can minimize that small screen. Then tapping when the Icon once again, Firefox opens full screen. I am unable to get a screen shot to show this small window.

If you are on Windows you have to configure the program properties by right clicking the icon on your desktop and choosing "Properties" in the drop-down menu, then select the "Shortcut" tab and on "Run" option select "Maximized".
