On your old laptop: 1. On Firefox go to Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks. 2. On the opened Bookmarks Library got the top menu: "Import and Backup". 3. Then click "Export Bookmarks to HTML". Save the bookmarks.html file and then transfer that file to your new laptop.

On your new laptop install Firefox and then repeat steps 1 & 2 but instead of "Export Bookmarks", choose "Import Bookmarks from HTML".
