Outlook Thunderbird Desktop & Android: Unable to send email

I'm no longer able to send messages from Outlook in Thunderbird desktop or Android. I can receive just fine. I've made changes, and nothing seems to work. I always receive the message below in the default settings in Thunderbird after setting up the Outlook account:

Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.

I know it must be related to OAuth but anyone have a fix?

It may help to post a screenshot of your SMTP server settings pane.
