Suddenly Firefox will not start. The firefox.exe process is running fine, but no window is displayed. And no sign of it in the taskbar. There is no error-messages. I have tried to create a new profile, it did not help.

When this happens, if IE8 is NOT open, it WON'T open until I kill the Firefox process.

The only solution I have found is to reboot my machine.
