cannot print because "file" etc bar disappeared

installed firefox a few days ago, but today there is NO bar for print, file, tools, help, etc. have found a modified lower bar, but it won't stay. cannot even get back to "start" bar to close computer and exit firefox. aaarrrggghhh.

Looks like your Menu bar is missing. Please follow the steps given in this article to bring it back: Restore the Menu bar in Firefox. To customize your toolbars to have the print icon, please see this article: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

If you are not able to exit Firefox any other way, press the Alt key and while keeping it pressed, press the F4 key.
