When I try to log into an account using my ten digit phone # which firefox remembers, I get an error message that my phone # needs to be ten digits (which it is). I can go to another website and access the log in page and type in my phone # and password and immediately gain access to my account. I figure if I can start over entering with firefox not remembering my info then it might work.
