Dear Grammarly Users,
Let me begin by apologising for the inconvenience this situation must have caused you. I hope that these suggestions will get everything back on track for you.
Grammarly serves over 500,000 users, and we take customer experience very seriously. Recently, to improve our service, our programmers have been working on making some updates to the copy and paste, but in the process some basic functions got mixed up. The result is probably what you have been experiencing. On Friday, we reverted back to the standard system, which should resolve your pasting issue. Please refresh your editor in Grammarly and try pasting something.
Again, we're sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Kimberly Joki Grammarly and Grammarly@edu
I refreshed the editor, but it didn`t work. Is there any other option? Thank you for the answer. Regards Lesli Olsson
Dear Grammarly Users,
When you paste some text to Grammarly editor in Firefox, initially the browser displays a security dialog box with two buttons: 'Allow' and 'Deny'. If you click (or have clicked) 'Allow', everything works fine. If you click (or have clicked) 'Deny' and 'remember this decision', you'll have to adjust Firefox settings to be able to paste the text. Here's a relevant FAQ article explaining how to do this:

Please let me know if this addresses your concerns. If you continue to have problems, please consider writing to Valerie at support@grammarly.com.

I followed the instructions, and changed the configuration to true. It still will not let me copy and paste. Instead it says access to xpcom is denied
Set "Signed.applets.codebase_principal_support=true" in about:config
with a box to check that says
prevent this page from creating additional dialogs
This is pretty ridiculous. Especially when I have a paper that is due on Monday.
