Internet Explorer has an option to import the bookmarks, but I know of no way to import the passwords or history.

For the bookmarks, in the bookmarks sub-menu select "Show All Bookmarks" to open the bookmarks library. In the bookmarks library select "Import & Backup > Export HTML" this will let you export the bookmarks to an HTML file.

In IE, in the File menu select Import & Export (if the menu bar is hidden press Alt to temporarily display it). You can try the "Import from another browser" and select Firefox if it is listed. If Firefox is not listed, choose the "Import from a file" option and when requested select the bookmarks file you exported above.

To view your passwords in Firefox, open the Options window, go to the Security panel and click on "Saved Passwords" to open the password manager. In the passwords manager click on "Show Passwords" to see the passwords. If you use a master password you will be prompted to enter it before you can see the passwords.
