Since we tried to upgrade Firefox, it keeps saying reboot computer, but it still won't work and it will not let me uninstall.

We tried to upgrade to Firefox 4.0.1, but now all that pops up is a screen that says "your computer needs to reboot to complete an upgrade" but even after reboot, it still pops up everytime I try to open Firefox. It will not let me uninstall either. Firefox will not open at all.
