Firefox installed in Dutch, how do I change the language to English?

Using OS X 10.4.11, downloaded Firefox 3.6 because later versions won't work with my OS and I think I installed it, I am using it to type this so I guess I did!

I am a complete newbie to Macs, and don't know how to uninstall programs or why FF is in Dutch or how to change it to English. Can I get a step by step of how to change it?

The download page has many languages, so you should be able to pick another one and drop it in:

http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older

Use zoom to make it easier to get just the right one. :-)
