Since Firefox upgraded yesterday my RealPlayer downloader function does not work. I need that function to be available. What can I do?

Since Firefox installed a new version yesterday the Real Player downloader function no longer works. How can I get it working? There was a plug in that was disabled I think. I don't remember what it was. I really need that to be available.

Real's support page (Download This Video option does not appear) says:

"The Download This Video button may not appear for some users in Firefox 5; this compatibility issue will be fixed later this month. In the meantime, uninstalling and reinstalling RealPlayer should resolve the issue."

I haven't tested that myself.

Thank you so much. I tried it but it didn't work. The web site said it would be fixed later this month. So at least I will have it at some point. Thanks again.
