I cannot open my emails . Per comcast it is a Firefox issue . I cannot open mail in Mozilla and look at in on Internet Explorer but that is too slow. Any suggestions?

Chosen solution

1. Switch to the Xfinity Connect Lite interface in Xfinity Connect Preferences.
See the bottom of the screenshot.
2. Use the View Entire Inbox button.
