Firefox 7 Google search bar in centre of page not active, opens up at top of page
O/S XP Pro SP3. When I open up Firefox 7, with Google as home page, the cursor in search bar in centre of page is inactive. If I click a key on keyboard, the search bar opens up at top of page and is then active!

Thanks for your suggestions cor-el, tried all of them but with no improvement!
Which page is that with that not working Google search bar?
Is that the about:home page or a (Google) web page?

Have found out what causes the problem. When addon NoScript is enabled, all works ok, but disabling it causes the problem. I disabled it because iTunes Apps Store won't enable transactions with it turned on
