When I double click on the hollow star to set a bookmark, the bookmark dialog box "Action button" is an empty grey bar, somewhat truncated. It used to say, "Remove Bookmark," etc. This happened a couple versions of FF ago.

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Yes, thanks for fast response -- Safe Mode cleared it up. I know I can disable Plug-ins, one by one. Do I try the same thing with Extensions? Is there any way to find out if any of these is the more likely culprit?

Problem is fixed by disabling Evernote Web Clipper 5.0.0.124840.
