Flash plugin crashes always for FarmVille, CityVille now, submission fails

The Flash plug in crashes immediately whenever FarmVille or CityVille by Zynga loads now. When I try to send a report, the submission fails. When I try to change settings, the Flash plug in crashes as well, never allowing me to change anything. I need help!

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I can get Cityville to load for a bit before crashing, but I can't post bonuses (and a few other things). I've cleared FF cache and Flash cache several times. While Googling for answers, I saw on Gamers Unite where someone posted that Flash 11.3 isn't compatible with the latest FF, and to uninstall Flash 11.3 and install 10.3 instead. Unfortunately, the Uninstall button doesn't exist next to the Flash plugin (and others as well), but when I disable it and try to install 10.3 the Adobe installer won't do it because it's not the latest extension.
