Hi et2ausie,
You may be having problems due to use of the latest FlashPlayer 11.3

You may need to downgrade to FlashPlayer 11.2 or 10.3

Read that article, consider downgrading, and post back with how you get on.

Problems may also occur if RealPlayer is in use, in which case as a first step upgrade to the most recent RealPlayer software, a release in the last few days may solve the problem.   • some Flash installers enable protected mode some do not, so which link you use is important
  • you will probably need to use adobe's uninstaller before downgrading
