i have pop ups in all picture windows. they start out with a magnifiing glass icon. how do i get rid of them?

in picture windows a magnifiing glass icon appears, if it's rolled over a pop up happens in the bottom forth of the picture. At this time it's an insurance company but there has been others. It only happens in Mozilla, internet explorer is clean.
