remove message id and other details from a reply email

When I open an email I get all the message details at the top of the email which is then on all reply or forwarded emails too. This includes message id, x-account key, x-uidl, etc etc. How can i remove this data!

View - Headers - Normal

Press Alt or F10 to restore the menu bar in case it's hidden.
