response to iamjayakumars-
hi thanks for emails, but where to do i send copied crash reports? and how do i copy them? its not clear, and i cant reply to the email you sent me thnaks
Chosen solution
There is no need to attach the content of the crash reports.
It is sufficient to provide the crash IDs in the form of bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

Hi,
I've closed the other thread. You can paste your crash reports in a new comment at your thread by going to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1001174
To get crash reports, do the following:
Can you give me your crash reports?
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
hi, hope this is correct. only these two. previous "bp" crashes were back in february. have to send in two stages, as it exceeds 10,000 characters... cheers mark

Looks like Flash is hanging....
Try disabling Hardware Acceleration.
- Go to this Adobe Flash Player Help page.
- Right-click on the Flash Player logo on that page.
- Click on Settings in the context menu. The Adobe Flash Player Settings screen will open.
- Click on the icon at the bottom-left of the Adobe Flash Player Settings window to open the Display panel.
The image "fpSettings1.PNG" does not exist.
- Remove the check mark from Enable hardware acceleration.
- Click Close to close the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window.
- Restart Firefox.
This Flash Player Help - Display Settings page has more information on Flash Player hardware acceleration, if you're interested.
