CSS backface-visibility: a flip-card ic created works well in FF 26, 28, Safari, Chrome ... but not in FF30 (MacOS)

The card with the stripes at the bottom of the page flips well and is showing its background (video-link) in in FF 26, 28, Safari, Chrome and serveral other current browsers - but not in FF30 (MacOS 10.9.4). seems to be a problem with CSS backface-visibility.
