There are no Popup Blocker options in Firefox for Android. However, if you wish to disable the Popup blocker, you can follow these instructions:

Type about:config in the Location (address) Bar Search dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to false

To re-enable the Popup blocker, set dom.disable_open_during_load to true
