It actually doesn't appear that you have Flash installed. To be safe, let's do the following:
- Go to https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/, update your plugins
- Scan for Malware: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware
- Update your graphics Driver, Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
No it did not resolve it, but thank you for your input :-)
I do have adobe flash player installed and it was the latest version, however I was not on the latest Firefox which I have just updated.
Went to Facebook and it still had a problem with the adobe flash player so I have yet again downloaded it and re-installed maybe with the new version of Firefox installed it will resolve the issue we shall see watch this space as they say.
But thank you for you help so far :-)
You can check for issues caused by plugins and set all plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" page (plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode)
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
