Won't synch bookmarks

I am setting up my new laptop! Signed into my firefox account and my bookmarks won't synch! I've done this before, when I had to change computers and being able to keep my bookmarks helped so much! This time I'm not so lucky! It says I am signed in and I click n the synch now and nothing happens. Can anyone help me get my bookmarks back?

Hi, as a workaround, you could export them to a flash drive on your old PC, then import them from the flash drive on your new PC: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Export Bookmarks to HTML (then navigate to your flash drive and save). Now plug the flash drive into your new PC and import them in a similar way.
