Hi christinalynch

This is a Firefox for Android forum specifically so we don't focus on general Android issues. Therefore I am locking this thread. 

I suggest contacting Google or your manufacturer (e.g. Samsung or HTC or Sony etc) for general Android support.

For your problem of exiting safe mode, I found the following with a quick Google search:

  1. "Restart your device to exit safe mode" from https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2852139?hl=en
  2. Android OS troubleshooting https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/4582729

If the above doesn't help, please contact Google's Android support or your manufacturer's support.
