how to move addresses from comcast online address book to thunderbird?

I do not see anything about how to import the addresses from my comcast web mail address book into Thunderbird. I really do not want to have to retype all of them.

Chosen solution

Comcast address book has the ability to export to a CSV file. Do that and save it someplace where you can find it. Then go to the Thunderbird address book window and use Tools-Import to get it into Thunderbird.
